Mezcalini de Jamaica

The flower or calyx of the hibiscus is very popular in Mexico. In addition, it is widely used in mixology in cocktails, in the form of syrup or as a concentrated infusion, and it goes great with mezcal!
Let's prepare this delicious cocktail with mezcal:
- First, grab your favorite glass or cup and moisten the rim with the lemon slice, so you can adhere the piquín chili and the worm salt.
- Then, pour the natural lemon juice, the hibiscus concentrate and the mezcal into the cocktail shaker.
- Shake and let sit for 3 minutes. Once time has passed, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Then, pour the preparation into the glass or cup.
- Finally, decorate with the lemon slice and serve.
