Made with espadín agave aged with maguey worms for three days, it is like a mother's tough love, rough and complex but pleasant to the palate of those who appreciate it.
By smell: Cooked agave, with a light touch of herbs along with the exotic aroma of agave worm.
To taste: The worm gives it an aroma of wet earth, slightly sweet with soft notes, but highlighting the flavor of the maguey worm.
