Ay Dolores Sour Piña is a very fresh cocktail for these days. Sours are very striking cocktails with a unique presence. The Pisco Sour is perhaps the best representative, but this version takes the best of the piña colada inspiration and combines it with María Dolores mezcal, sweetened with worm.
- Place the María Dolores mezcal and the other ingredients in a shaker, then shake it without ice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until the cocktail is completely chilled.
- Serve the strained drink in an old-fashioned glass, or the glass of your choice.
- Decorate with dried chili peppers.
- Enjoy it without regrets.
