If you like cocktails with mezcal and grapefruit, then you will love the cold paloma with mezcal. This drink is a version of the traditional Margarita cocktail, of Mexican origin. It is a refreshing, but strong proposal, since it is derived from the combination of the smoky flavor of mezcal and the sourness of grapefruit. 
Mezcal cocktails with citrus fruits strengthen your immune system thanks to the properties that come with combining them with these fruits. So, how could you not try these delicious cocktails?

  1. First, pour the mezcal and these ingredients into the blender in the following order: Grapefruit juice, then the lemon juice, then the Tabasco sauce, then the agave honey and finally the ice cubes.
  2. Next, blend starting at a low speed. Gradually increase the speed until you reach the maximum.
  3. Once there, continue blending for 25 more seconds.
  4. Finally, serve in a large glass or classic tumbler and decorate with lime slices. That's how easy it is to have a cocktail made with mezcal!
